- Built two teams from scratch, to build SSO middleware and integration data pipelines
- Improved employee retention and morale, reducing the attrition rate from 40%, to less than 10%
- Improved integration software quality, resulting in customer retention increasing from 35% to 95%
- Built automated deployments and validation processes, eliminating days-long outages that had resulted from botched manual deployments
